To purchase one of our items, payment can be made by UK Cheque or Postal Order made payable to : 'Woody's Memorabilia'. Please e-mail first to ensure that the item you are interested in is still in stock. sales@pwm.uk.com

DELIVERY

All items will be sent out by Recorded Delivery, as soon as the payment has cleared. The items will be packaged thoroughly to avoid any damages.
You will receive an e-mail confirming despatch of your order.

RETURNS

If an item is received and has been damaged in the post, it can be returned within 7 days for a full refund, if we are unable to replace it with an identical one or a suitable mutually agreed replacement. You must first of all notify us, via e-mail or by telephone, to explain why you are returning the goods, this must be done within 7 days. We cannot issue refunds for goods lost in transit, so we suggest when returning, use a method that requires the recipient to sign for it. We must receive the goods in their original condition and packaging within the 7 days.
All delivery costs for returned goods will not be refunded.
